Duck in a Truck Fundraiser
 The Rotary Club of Squamish proudly presents the Duck in a Truck Fundraiser - back again for 2021.
1st Prize: $5,000 cash, plus 3 more cash prizes.
All proceeds from this fundraiser will go to support the new Squamish Youth Centre - the Foundry & Youth Hub, scheduled to open in June 2022. The Foundry will be 5,000 square feet of newly built space for youth counselling, mental health services, and primary care along with the integrated Youth Hub – a hang-out and recreational space that will be freely open to all youth.

 How it works:
1000 duck tickets will be sold and at 1:00pm on August 2nd, 1000 numbered rubber ducks will be poured out of a truck into a large pool. Blindfolded ‘duck pluckers’ will then pick the 4 winning ducks out of the pool.
(this year all covid-19 protocols will be observed.)
