Funding for Local Community Organisations
At our meeting today, Squamish Rotary distributed $20,000 in Gaming Grants to community organisations in support of their programs. The focus was on Youth, Seniors, Health, and Safety programs.
The community organisations included the Squamish Breakfast Program, the Squamish Youth Centre, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Hilltop House, the Squamish Food Bank, Squamish Search & Rescue, and several youth camps, Since 2006 The Rotary Club of Squamish has provided funding of $175,000 in Gaming Grants to our community.
