Chris Offer: Rotary’s Commitment to Peace

Chris is a member of the Rotary Club of Ladner, a member of the Rotary Peace Centers Committee of The Rotary Foundation and past chair of the Rotary Peace Major Gifts Initiatives committee.

The presentation is on Rotary’s peace initiatives including Rotary Peace Centers and Rotary’s partnership with the Institute for Economics and Peace. 

These are exciting times for Rotary’s peace programs. A new peace center in Uganda will welcome the first class in 2021.  Globally Rotary clubs are engaging in more positive peace projects. The presentation focuses on what Rotarians and clubs can do locally and globally to actively be peace builders.
