John Weston, a lawyer from West Vancouver, has focused his career on government relations, Indigenous affairs, and on securing human rights for Canadians wrongfully detained overseas. He also founded the Canadian Health and Fitness Institute.

John's topic today is "Leadership - A Different Approach", based in part on his 2017 book "On! - Achieving Excellence in Leadership", In the book he explores the values that help us reach beyond our immediate environments - family, the community, and even the country — to make a lasting impact.
